Cristina, a Valencian journalist who recently settled in
Valladolid, discovers a cloudy relationship between an NGO and a pharmaceutical company: they carry out illegal medical tests in areas affected by natural disasters.
While she looks for more evidences to bring the case to light, she goes out one night with Germán, her co-worker. And they meet Diego, an old friend of Germán, with whom the connection is almost immediate.
Everything changes when Cristina discovers that Diego has received a transplant a few months ago and is following an experimental treatment for avoid rejection. Behind this treatment is the pharmaceutical company suspicious. When Cristina discovers that the illegal medical tests that
carried out will allow us to continue developing the novel treatment of Diego, is at the crossroads of his life: denounce the company -what that will cause the interruption of Diego’s treatment – or resign from the case report that he had been waiting for so long.
